A high-intensity interval class designed to build functional strength and coordination using bodyweight exercises and elements from the Ashtanga yoga series. Beginner friendly and suitable for anyone willing to move, sweat, and challenge themselves. No experience needed—just bring determination.
A mobility-focused class combining controlled articular rotations, PNF techniques, and elements of Pilates and yoga to safely improve range of motion. Designed to reduce joint pain, prevent injury, and build strength in vulnerable positions. Suitable for all levels.
A dynamic style based on the first three series of Ashtanga yoga, designed to build strength, mobility, and stamina while calming the mind. Expect a more vigorous flow with arm balances, handstands, and playful transitions. Open to all levels, however it is recommended to be familiar with basic Sun Salutations and fundamental standing poses.
A workshop-style class focused on safely learning and refining inversions, arm balances, and advanced transitions. Expect slower, technique-focused practice with plenty of upside-down work and repetition. Best suited for those with a confident headstand or wall-supported handstand.
A dynamic style of moving meditation with a sprinkle of creativity, where every breath is intentionally linked to movement in order to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. Open to all levels.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a fast-paced workout that alternates short bursts of intense effort with brief recovery periods. Power Style Vinyasa is a dynamic, heat-building flow that links breath with strong, pulsing movements. Expect a rhythmic practice that builds strength, endurance, and mobility while keeping the body constantly moving. You’ll leave feeling energized, challenged, and deeply connected to your breath
A guided strength training class focused on building muscle, supporting bone health, and improving overall metabolic fitness. Private or semi-private sessions ensure personalised coaching, safe technique, and steady progress. Complements yoga and movement practices and is suitable for all fitness levels.
My name is Maryna, I was born in Ukraine.
At the age of 14 I started practicing Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation with my mom. This sparked my lifelong love for the practice. I soon developed interest in history and philosophy of yoga, as well as esoteric teachings, and studied every available source I could find in early 90’s, while deepening my practice.
In 2014 I discovered Ashtanga yoga method which opened a whole new world of strength and possibilities I had within myself, both physical and mental. It helped me recover from a back injury and refocused my practice and gave it a strong direction. Ashtanga vinyasa remains a primary style in my personal practice.
I have completed my Rocket and Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2020 and continue to take short courses to keep my teaching and my own practice vibrant and inspired.
